Social feels like home.
I started experimenting with blogging and social in 2005. When I went freelance in 2009, I made social content my focus and started to get hired as a Social Media Strategist for small businesses in Chicago. One viral video and beloved food blog later (Queen Latifah’s… team liked it), in 2012, I joined VIA as a Sr. Social Strategist for Perdue Chicken and helped develop their social presence for the next four years, one paid social campaign at a time.
Writing and creative development were always fully integrated into my work as a Social Strategist which made my transition into being a full-time copywriter pretty seamless. And I still love experimenting with social platforms whenever possible.
Here’s some work from the last few years that I really love.
